Usher - Climax featuring Kana Hasegawa and Satomi Nishikawa from Japan! Thank you both for your support and for sharing with me! I hope to see you again soon!
I love me some Usher. When I heard this song, it sounded pretty epic. I wanted to dance and I haven’t stopped listening to it since. I admit, I have a lot of physical limitations and wish I could train a lot harder to push my body to reach different lengths… I still try. I still would want to stretch more, extend more, have a lot more variety and different technique ranging from jazz to contemporary to real hip hop and funk styles. Overall I just don’t want to be stuck in a box… or look like I’m stuck dancing in a box. It’s a slow climb… slowly gettin there….
random vent… don’t really know where that was going… but thanks for reading! Enjoy! :)
<3 apes! omg no more blonde hair?
I’ve seen a lot of these around so I decided to make one for the hip hop dance community. I think it’s pretty spot on.
pretty accurate

Here’s my latest to a dubstep track.
Thank you to the following dancers from Japan and Poland for coming to class and sharing your talent with me: Akane Miyoshi, Ami Saitoh, Kana Takahashi, Sonia Felbur, Misaki Kato, Ola Papior, Mami Osuka
It was my pleasure to have these women in my class this past week, and I can’t thank them enough for their time, energy, and for killin this routine in ways I didn’t even imagine. Thank you!
New video of class. Sorry for the external linkage, but I’ve decided to leave the video on Facebook til I can teach the whole thing. Just wanted to share some of the nastiness I witnessed in class today—I’ve never EVER seen some of these girls before, but they just beasted this choreography and I got excited to post up what I recorded. Enjoy :)
Shes officially my favorite <3

Been listening to a lot of different stuff lately. Here’s something I decided to choreograph while I was practicing waving and isolating. I couldn’t seem to get the song out of my head, so although it’s a lot different from what I’m used to doing, i thought “What the hell.” I’ve gotta step outta my box sometimes… My execution is a little rough—not as clean and powerful as I’d like, but I think this is really only the beginning to what I wanna achieve as a dancer.
It was 104 degrees outside of the studio today. Thank you to the class for your energy and for pushin it :)
